Transitions, Holidays, and What’s Next

September always feels like a turning point for me. Maybe it’s the rhythm of back-to-school energy, maybe it’s the last push before the holidays, or maybe it’s simply that I tend to make big moves this time of year. This month alone, I moved my horse, changed my schedule, and doubled down on investing in myself and my business.

It’s all part of a bigger truth I remind myself of daily: what got you here won’t get you there.

That mantra is as true in business as it is in life. The strategies that carried you through Q1 may not be the same ones that get you through Q4. The way you’ve always done things might be comfortable, but comfort won’t drive growth. And the end of the year, looming closer by the day, is the best moment to take a hard look at where you are, where you’re going, and what needs to shift to get there.

End-of-Year Panic? Let’s Tackle It.

I know the holidays can feel overwhelming. That’s why I created my Holiday Planning Guide—for the leaders who look at their calendar and immediately feel that seasonal panic. It’s practical, actionable, and designed to help you breathe easier and plan smarter. Want even more support? Sign up for a Strategy Session so we can work on it together.

Ready to Shine This Season?

For those of you who aren’t panicking, but instead are asking “How can I make the most of this time?”—I’ve built the End-of-Year Brand Showcase. This is where we turn the spotlight on your brand, make sure you’re seen, and set you up to close the year with momentum.

Already Eyeing 2026?

And then there are the visionaries who are already leaning into next year. (Truth: this should be all of you.) Because 2026 isn’t just a number on the calendar—it’s an opportunity to design your business differently, to set bigger goals, and to do the work that aligns with where you want to be, not just where you’ve been.

That’s where I come in. At Avenue Equestrian, I don’t just talk about growth—I live it. I lead by example, which makes me the perfect partner to help guide you toward whatever comes next.

DIY, Done With You, Done For You

As we transition into this next season at AvEq, we’re clarifying how we support leaders at every stage:

  • DIY (Do It Yourself): Guides, blog posts, and strategy sessions built for early-stage leaders who need a framework and the confidence to take action.

  • Done With You: For emerging leaders and businesses ready to scale with a partner by their side. This is where I spend most of my time— advising on the best path forward and connecting you to the industry experts that can make it happen

  • Done For You: High-touch operations and execution for leaders who want to be more hands-off. It’s a smaller percentage of my clients, but a big transformation at high-ticket levels.

Wherever you are, the resources are here. The only question is: which one do you need next?

Closing Thought

Seasonal transitions are more than just flipping the calendar page. They’re invitations to pivot, to reassess, and to realign. For me, September is always that reminder. For you, this might be the moment you stop running the same playbook and start writing a new one.

Because what got you here won’t get you there—and I’d love to help you figure out what will.
